Returns

For complete peace of mind, we have a full 30-day refund and return policy on all sales. If you, or your client, should not be 100% happy with your purchase, simply return the gemstone/s in their original condition with a copy of your invoice to us.

Note: We cannot accept any set or damaged gemstones.  It is your responsibility to ensure returns are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the return/s. Shipping, insurance and credit card processing costs are non-refundable.
