Returns policy


Need to return a gem? Returns are easy at Touchstone, just read on for some general information on our return policy.

Your Inspection Period

All gems have a 30 day inspection period, which begins on the date of delivery. Gems may only be returned during this period.

Returned Items

  • All returned gemstones need to be in their original condition. 
  • Any gemstones that have been set, cannot be accepted. 
  • We cannot accept any damaged gemstones.

All returned items must be shipped back to Touchstone in the original Touchstone branded gem bag and securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.


All refunds are made via the same method as payment received. Shipping, insurance and credit card processing costs are non-refundable. We can offer replacements.
